How To Stop Snacking And Feeling Guilty

​

Do you feel like no matter how hard you try you can't control your snacking?

You want to lose weight, get fit or even just maintain where you are, but the snacking thing makes it difficult.

Snacking Is Like Shoulder Pain - You know you don't like it, but you don't know where it's coming from

 

Think of snacking this:

Let's say you're snacking after dinner but you don't know why, consider this "snacking after dinner" as a symptom, like a pain in your shoulder, you have it, but you don't know how to get rid of it.

What do you do when you have a pain you can't get rid of?

Well you could just suffer through and just live with it...but let's say it's really bad now and you can't sleep, you're in agony all the time, irritable and exhausted so you finally go see someone about it.

  1. You can medication to stop the pain - At this point that will likely be helpful, but that doesn’t solve the issue causing the pain in the first place.
