"Why The F@#k Did I Just Eat That?"

How To Stop Snacking And Feeling Guilty

Do you feel like no matter how hard you try you can't control your snacking?

You want to lose weight, get fit or even just maintain where you are, but the snacking thing makes it difficult.

If you can relate to any of these statements, you've landed on the right page!

  • “If I could just manage my eating I’d be able to lose weight”

  • "I eat so well during the day, and then I just screw it up when I get home."

  • "I'm eating and I'm not even hungry."

  • "I can't lose weight because I can't stop snacking."

  • "I snack, feel guilty and then just keep eating because I feel guilty."

  • “I do laps in the kitchen and feel like I open the fridge/pantry every time I pass by.”

  • “I can't stop eating the things I know I don't want to be eating."

  • “I need to just stop snacking after dinner”

If you've said any of those things or close to it, it's okay, it's not easy to control snacking because if it was you'd be doing it!

You're just missing a few pieces to this puzzle of why you can't stop snacking, and once you know what they are, you won't need to be so hard on yourself or worry about gaining weight and wouldn't that be nice!

Snacking Is Like Shoulder Pain - You know you don't like it, but you don't know where it's coming from

Think of snacking this:

Let's say you're snacking after dinner but you don't know why, consider this "snacking after dinner" as a symptom, like a pain in your shoulder, you have it, but you don't know how to get rid of it.

What do you do when you have a pain you can't get rid of?

Well you could just suffer through and just live with it...but let's say it's really bad now and you can't sleep, you're in agony all the time, irritable and exhausted so you finally go see someone about it.

Generally 1 of 2 things will happen:

  1. You can medication to stop the pain - At this point that will likely be helpful, but that doesn’t solve the issue causing the pain in the first place.

  2. Learn that your should and neck is out of alignment and it's restricting blood flow, and that's what's causing the pain,'s some stretches and exercises you need to do to stop it.

The issue makes sense to you, you do the exercises and stretches and in fact, your pain goes away either for good, or at least for quite some time.  The beauty is, you now know that next time you start to get a little pain in that same spot, it's time to do those exercises.

Okay But How Much Will It Cost? $147 USD

As a client once said, "I thought it was going to be expensive until I realized I could by a pair a shoes for that price"

Still Not Sure?

"It's more than I want to spend" - I had a client who added up what she spent the month before and said "I realized I spent more on shoes, and I love shoes but this is way more meaningful."

"I don't want to sign up for another thing I'll fail at"  - Your past doesn't dictate your future, I had a client who said "I realized there was another way, I just didn't find it until now"

"I don't have time" - You may not want to make time to put your health first and that's okay, but for how long do you want to continue to put it off?

A client said "it was way easier than I thought to fit it in"
