Have you been waking up in a bad mood and just feeling off?
It's 7:00 am, you had set your alarm for 6:00 am, this is the second week in a row you aren't getting up when you said you would, not only that, you're REALLY pushing the limit on time because you have a zoom meeting at 7:15. You're already regretting sleeping in, you angrily through off the covers, step onto the floor and feel instantly pissed off.
"WHY!.........am I in a bad mood? I JUST got up?"
