To often people are just going through the motions of exercise without actually knowing what it’s for and how or where they’re supposed to feel it. If you don’t know how it’s supposed to feel, how do you know you’re doing it right? Just because you feel it burning doesn’t mean it’s burning where it’s supposed to be. I’ll teach you exactly what an exercise is for and where you should be feeling it so that you can target the heck out of your muscles, get strong and sculpted. It’s also super important you’re doing it safely, so there's times I'll ask to communicate with your massage therapist, chiropractor, physiotherapist or doctor to ensure we are all working in alignment toward what is best for your body, so you can see incredible, long lasting results that you’re able to maintain.

It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking there is only one way to get fit, or lose weight. That you must “go to the gym”, “do 8-12 reps”, “do HITT cardio” or “cut out bread”, “meal prep”, and “stop drinking”. Consider all those ideas you have in your head as restrictions or rules.
