When I was training for my fitness competition I still wanted bake, but it needed to be healthier and lower in calories than my usual baking. I found a fantastic recipe and made a few modifications to it. If you're trying to lose weight, love baking and would like a recipe that can offer you fun, tastiness and a healthy snack, this recipe is for you!
Not only are they delicious, they're high in protein, low in calorie and use only a touch of brown sugar. The recipe calls for a gluten free pancake mix, which I have used and have not tried the recipe with regular flour yet but I'm sure you could.
You do need a weight scale for this recipe.
